The Tower Can I book a Table for 2 in the Tower? The Tower is only available for parties of 8 to 18 people.  If you have a smaller or larger group we would be happy to accommodate you in the main restaurant. Is it possible to book the Tower for a private Dinner Party Yes, we are very happy to offer the Tower for Groups and Parties any Lunch or Evening, except Sunday. However the Maximum number of Guests we can accommadate is 18, and the seating arrangement would be 3 Tables of 4 Guests and 1 Table for 6 Guests. The Maximum Group of Guests to sit are one table is 14 All Tower Group Bookings must be confirmed within three days with a booking deposit. Special Requests My wife is a celiac, can you facilities us? Of course, We can prepare your food to facilitate your condition. My friend was in your Restaurant for her Birthday and was given a Stunning Present on the Evening, it was such a surprise, I am wondering if I book my Wife's Birthday, will she receive a Present also? Presents are at the discretion of the Management, and yes they are Stunning. Generally the Manager on duty will give a Present to a Birthday person. But because its a Gift, it is at the Managers Discretion. Buying from Purple Ocean Restaurant Can we buy a Loaf of the amazing Tomato and Fennel Bread? Yes, our bread is baked fresh each day and can be bought from the restaurant.  However, if the restaurant is very busy, there may not be any bread available. I understand that I can buy Crystals from your Restaurant, is this correct? No, we no longer sell the Crystals from the restaurant. But you may buy all of these products and more online at www.angelsandcrystals.com. Alternatively we now sell Salt lamps in the main lobby of the restaurant. Groups Can you prepare a Group Menu for us at a Fixed Price? Yes of Course, our Executive Chef Director, Paul Lewis, will personally meet with you and write a Menu to suit your taste and budget. Can I book the Tower for a Private Party? The Tower is available for Parties of 8 to 18 people every day except Sunday. I wanted to book a Table for 8 of my family and when I telephoned the Restaurant to make the booking I was asked to pay a booking deposit! Is this the normal? Yes we have a policy that all bookings of 8 Guests or over pay a booking deposit of €10 per person. This can be paid by Cash, Cheque directly at the Restaurant or on line by credit card. If I book the table and arrive with my party, will the deposit be taken off my bill? Yes, the full amount of your deposit will be deducted from your bill. If I cancel my booking before the due date will I lose my deposit? If you cancel your booking up to 12 hours notice you will receive 100% refund.  Any cancellation after 12 hours or a no show, no refund. If I book the table for 10 Guests and don't pay the deposit. What happens? The booking will not be accepted and the table will not be held for you. If I pay the deposit and then don't show up on the night what happens to my deposit? This is the exact reason why we insist on a deposit. Your deposit is forfeited. Reservations If I book online will I get 10% discount? Customers who book online are eligible for a 10% discount for up to 4 people.  If there are more than four people in your group the discount will be applied to four meals. If I book a table for 8.00pm on Saturday night, how long will you hold the table for me if I am late? If you dont let us know you are running late, we will hold the Table for 15 Minutes and then it shall be released. Bringing Our Own Its my Dads Birthday, Can we bring our own Birthday Cake?  I'm sorry, but Health Board legislation insists that we follow the HACCP Program. (HACCP stands for Hazardous Annalist Critical Control Point) and within that program we are prevented from allowing any food products onto the premises that have not been prepared to the HACCP standard.. However we can offer you a wonderful Cake baked by our Chef Team. Just let us know your preference. Can we pay Corkage if we bring our own Wine? We do not charge Corkage, we do not allow Wines to be brought onto the premises. Can I Bring our own Champagne? We do not allow Guests to bring any food or beverages onto the premises. Special Offer Discounts What are the Terms and Conditions of Special Offers All offers that are advertised on Websites or Brochures that offer a discount MUST be prebooked with the advice of the discount and the location of the offer. All discounts are for a maximum of 4 persons No discounts can be taken when an other offer is being used. All offers are at the discretion of the Management
