My partner and i went to this restaurant in 2006 when i was expecting our second child i always remember the lovely atmosphere up in the gallery and didnt want to leave, beautiful food and presentation and lovely surroundings to enjoy it all in, always wanted to return, hadent been back due to our lovely little son Cillian being very sick when he was born but luckly all is well and returned to the restaurant Sunday 5th July 09 and all is still as good. enjoyed thanks to all that work there, our little Daughter who joined us there wanted to know was the chef a boy or a girl and was e married.

I went with a friend to the restaurant last week and had the Steak it was totally out of this world! My friend had the Salmon which he said was simply amazing!Best he had ever tasted - and he comes from a fishing village in Cornwall!! I Highly recommend the Purple Ocean. Cant WAIT to get back.

On 24th June my wife and I celebrated our golden wedding anniversary at your Purple Ocean round room. During the dinner we were given a small crystal angel ornament as a present from the restaurant. I was very impresssed with Purple Ocean. The decor is beautiful and the idea of the crystals is very novel. The whole (extended) family went for my graduation. Food is excellent, have been several times to Purple Ocean, (day and night) Went for lunch today and was a bit dissapointed to see all day breakfast and panini's etc., removed from the menu, feel this is a mistake, what nicer after a stroll along the pier than a late breakfast or a light lunch, this will be missed, however still love purple ocean.

8 of us celebrated my 30th Birthday on May 29th. We all had such a wonderful time.
Usually there is something that disappoints slightly but not in this case. The food was exceptional and the chocolate brownie was delicious. Would like to say thanks to our waitress who was in constant attendance with us without overcrowding us. Dont know her name but she is from Romania.
